Can I switch tiers after we start?
Absolutely. After Month 1, you can move up or down based on what you need. If you're in Legacy and realize you need more accountability, move to Empire. If Dynasty feels like too much, drop to Empire. No penalty, no hassle—just let me know.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay monthly or pay for the full 6 months upfront and save 10%. Monthly payments are auto-billed on the 1st of each month. If you need a custom payment arrangement, let's talk during your consultation.
What if I need to pause or cancel?
Life happens. If you need to pause (medical, family emergency, etc.), we can work it out. If you want to cancel, you can do so anytime with 30 days notice. I'd rather you succeed than force you to stay if it's not working.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If after the first 30 days you don't feel like this is the right fit, I'll refund your first month. No hard feelings. I only want to work with people who are all in.
What happens after 6 months?
Most clients graduate and continue on their own. Some choose to renew for another 6 months at a maintenance tier (lower touch, focused on scaling). We'll figure out what makes sense for you in Month 6.
